2 bunches of broccoli, florets
4 celery stalks, sliced thinly
1 bunch of green onions, sliced thinly
1 cup of green peas
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of Agave
½ cup of fresh dill
2 tablespoons of mustard
1 cup of vegan mayonnaise
Salt to taste
Slivered almonds (optional)
Toss all together. Chill and serve.
