3 cups of whole spelt flour (organic of course!)
1/4 cup of raw honey and/or blackstrap molasses
1/2 tablespoon of sea salt
3 teaspoons of dry yeast
1 3/4 cup of warm water
Handful of flax, sesame, sunflower seeds. Any or all.
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix all dry ingredients including seeds, stir until well mixed. Add water and keep mixing until batter is thick and moist, resembling cake batter.
- Pour into greased loaf pan (use a little coconut oil). Smooth out the top and sprinkle seeds on top if you like. Cover the pan with greased plastic wrap and place a tea towel on top.
- Place on top of oven where it is warm and let it rise for 15-20 minutes. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes or until tester comes out clean.
