Easy Spelt Bread

3 cups of whole spelt flour (organic of course!)
1/4 cup of raw honey and/or blackstrap molasses
1/2 tablespoon of sea salt
3 teaspoons of dry yeast
1 3/4 cup of warm water
Handful of flax, sesame, sunflower seeds. Any or all.

 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix all dry ingredients including seeds, stir until well mixed. Add water and keep mixing until batter is thick and moist, resembling cake batter.
  2. Pour into greased loaf pan (use a little coconut oil). Smooth out the top and sprinkle seeds on top if you like. Cover the pan with greased plastic wrap and place a tea towel on top.
  3. Place on top of oven where it is warm and let it rise for 15-20 minutes. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes or until tester comes out clean.
