3 cups quick oats
6 cups rolled oats
1 ½ cups coconut
¾ cup chopped pecans
¾ cup chopped or slivered almonds
¾ cup chopped walnuts
1 cup orange juice (or other fruit juice)
1 cup oil
½ cup water
1 cup brown sugar (sweetener)
1 tablespoon vanilla
Mix dry ingredients and then add the liquid and mix well with hands. Place in 9×13 pans. Bake at 150-200°F overnight (approx. 6-8 hours).
