To ensure we can accommodate you on your preferred dates, we recommend that you make your reservation at least two to four weeks in advance of your intended arrival date. You may of course book with shorter notice, subject to availability.
Arrival and Departure
All programs begin on a Sunday. Check-in time is between 9 AM-12 PM, CST. Check-out time is the following Sunday between 9-10 AM, CST. Please let us know if your circumstances require an exception. For an additional fee, early check-in is available on Saturday evening between 7-9 PM, CST.
Travel Arrangements
We offer complimentary bus and airport pick-ups and drop-offs. However, due to our distance from Atlanta and the fact that we operate under a different time zone, Atlanta pick up and drop off times can’t be too early or too late.
Good times for bus or flight arrivals would be 10 AM-12 PM, EST and bus or flight departures would be 1-3 PM, EST. It is highly preferable that guests follow these guidelines.
Medications and/or Supplements
We ask that you bring any medications and/or supplements that you are currently taking, and enough for the time you are with us as we respect the recommendations given to you by your physician. Although frequently our health guests do manage to reduce their medications as their body heals, the rate at which this happens is different for each individual.
If you are a diabetic, please bring: 1) your glucose monitor 2) sufficient strips for your period of stay (testing 4-6 times per day) and 3) sufficient lancets.
